Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Store Planning – Maintenance team with operational tasks across the EMEA retail network, gaining exposure to technical maintenance issues in a multi-site retail environment.
• Manage administrative and commercial maintenance processes: vendor account setup, creation and follow-up of purchase orders, recording maintenance expenses and maintaining order systems (OSS) and SAP entries.
• Assist on ad hoc store projects (replacement of carpets, furniture changes, store inventories) and coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with the manager on budget monitoring for renovation or maintenance projects, including cost tracking and documentation.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative maintenance reporting at store and network level.
• Act as a point of contact for stores, liaising with internal interlocutors and external partners to follow up maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Enrolment in an apprenticeship or higher-education programme relevant to technical maintenance, facilities, building services, retail management or similar.
• Strong interest in the luxury sector and retail operations.
• Solid organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Functional command of English for business communication.

Skills

Experience

Entry-level — suitable for candidates at the beginning of their professional journey or currently enrolled in an apprenticeship programme; previous retail or technical exposure is advantageous but not required.

Education

Enrolled in a vocational or higher-education programme (BTS/DUT/ Licence/Bachelor) in facility management, technical maintenance, building engineering, retail management or a related discipline.
