Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage the Technology Department newsletter, overseeing content creation, editorial coordination, stakeholder feedback, and distribution via the Brevo platform
  • Assist project managers with cross-functional project management, including timeline tracking, workshop organization, and coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events by managing project components, preparing materials, briefing teams, and presenting key announcements
  • Define and monitor project timelines for technology communications initiatives to ensure timely delivery and deadline compliance
  • Develop, create, and adapt clear, impactful communications tailored to diverse audiences in collaboration with technology and business teams across France and internationally

Qualifications
