Louis Vuitton Team Manager – Watches & Jewelry role in Tainan, Taiwan. Lead luxury retail team and drive W&J category growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to build strong client relationships and attract new Watches & Jewelry clientele
- Proactively drive achievement of sales goals, particularly within the Watches & Jewelry category
- Uphold the highest standards in delivering client experiences across all touchpoints
- Manage sales floor operations with efficiency and meticulous attention to detail
- Coach and mentor team members to accelerate their development and inspire pursuit of excellence
Qualifications
- Extensive managerial experience in luxury retail and/or watches & jewelry brands
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Client-centric mindset and approach to business
- Strong team player with high levels of motivation and engagement
- Keen sense of responsibility and ownership of results
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English

Experience
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury retail sector and/or watches and jewelry brands, with proven ability to drive category-specific sales growth and develop high-performing teams.
