Louis Vuitton Team Manager — full-time leadership role in Vienna overseeing boutique team, client development and product category performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing boutique team to deliver the Louis Vuitton client promise and exceed sales objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard and build succession plans in coordination with Universe Managers, Store Director and HR; identify and nurture internal talent.
  • Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, implement corrective action plans and drive sustained commercial improvement.
  • Own and drive the commercial performance of an assigned business area or product category, leveraging clienteling, visual merchandising and training.
  • Champion client development through long-term relationship building, personalised clienteling and proactive handling of client-related situations.
  • Animate and cascade corporate strategy and local business priorities via briefings, trainings and team meetings; deliver workshops and presentations.
  • Operate on the shop floor as a visible floor manager — host, support appointments and set the standard for client and team interactions.
  • Ensure operational excellence: inventory and discrepancy control, back-of-house organisation, staffing and schedule planning, and compliance with brand procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience managing and developing larger teams in a client-facing retail or hospitality environment.
  • Fluent English and minimum B2-level German; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the luxury sector and best-in-class client experience.
  • Proven commercial acumen with the ability to design, implement and follow up on performance-driving action plans.
  • Strong coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills, including experience animating workshops and delivering training to large groups.
  • High energy, exceptional sense of ownership, professional grooming and uncompromising work ethic.

Experience
