Louis Vuitton Team Manager — Vancouver, BC. Lead the retail team and drive sales. Base salary CAD 95,000–105,000 plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve individual and store performance targets.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to define and execute commercial strategy, clienteling plans and sales initiatives.
- Drive client acquisition and retention by overseeing high-touch clienteling activities, VIP servicing and relationship management.
- Provide floor leadership during trading hours, modelling selling behaviours, elevating conversion and average transaction value.
- Manage store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising standards, loss prevention and daily cash procedures.
- Analyse sales KPIs and implement action plans to improve product performance, stock rotation and sell-through.
- Recruit, onboard and assess team members, delivering tailored training and development plans to build internal capability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive retail experience with significant experience in luxury goods or premium retail.
- Proven track record of people leadership with experience coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach and polished presentation.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasons.

Education
Post-secondary education preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be accepted.
