Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the in-store team to deliver consistently exceptional client experiences and meet individual and store performance targets.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and clienteling activities, leveraging CRM and personalised service to maximise lifetime value.
- Own day-to-day floor leadership: set selling priorities, model selling behaviours, and ensure high standards of presentation and client engagement.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation strategies to optimise product performance and reflect maison guidelines.
- Manage store operations including inventory control, loss prevention, compliance with brand standards and administrative duties.
- Analyse sales KPIs and prepare action plans to improve conversion, average transaction value and overall store profitability.
- Support recruitment, performance reviews, succession planning and the delivery of targeted training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum ten years of progressive retail experience, including leadership roles within luxury or premium retail environments.
- Proven commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Strong people leadership skills: coaching, performance management and talent development.
- Deep client-focus and proven ability to build long-term client relationships via clienteling strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving retail context.
- Ability to implement visual merchandising standards and translate corporate strategies into local action plans.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of retail experience, with significant leadership responsibility in luxury or high-end retail; demonstrable success driving sales, developing teams and managing store operations.
Education
Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail leadership will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 95,000 to CAD 105,000 per annum.
