Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and enhance customer experience
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and develop action plans
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure competency and professional development
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies aligned with Louis Vuitton brand standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and engagement
- Handle customer escalations with diplomacy and a customer-centric approach
