Role & Responsibilities
- Drive commercial performance with confidence and precision, articulating daily and weekly business movement and impact
- Lead a diverse team spanning newly onboarded Client Advisors to senior experts stewarding client books exceeding $5 million annually
- Champion a structured, measurable coaching culture invested in individual growth and career development
- Uphold Louis Vuitton's standards of client experience, nurturing relationships that endure across years and key client milestones
- Collaborate with store leadership to shape team culture, succession planning, and long-term business performance
- Model retail excellence on the floor, demonstrating standard and reading client and team dynamics in real time
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of leadership experience at Store or Department Manager level within a premium or luxury brand, or equivalent scope at Area Manager level
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams with measurable career outcomes
- Proven commercial acumen and fluency in retail KPIs, client retention, and revenue growth
- Mature, seasoned leadership philosophy grounded in lived experience under pressure
- Ambition toward progression toward Store Manager pathway
