Louis Vuitton in Sydney seeks a Team Manager to lead retail teams, drive category performance and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing category team through hands-on coaching, mentorship and performance management.
  • Create and sustain a client-centric culture that cultivates long-term relationships and delivers exceptional luxury experiences.
  • Drive category commercial performance via strategic planning, sales analysis, and agile on-floor execution.
  • Own category operations, budgets and results with responsibility for sustainable growth and disciplined delivery.
  • Act as a visible floor leader, modelling service standards, collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' progressive leadership experience in luxury or premium retail.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial results, including P&L or full-store/multi-site responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams, manage performance and develop talent.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and a client-first mindset.
  • High standards of professionalism, ownership and capability to lead in a complex retail environment.

Experience
