Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Recruit, identify talent and collaborate with the Store Manager to implement succession and workforce plans.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through active clienteling, portfolio development and personalised service initiatives.
- Translate corporate strategy into store action plans; animate briefings, training and commercial initiatives to enhance product performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership on the floor, model cross-selling behaviour and support the team in achieving business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations: uphold brand standards and grooming guidelines, support inventory control and implement workforce management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of retail experience, with significant leadership responsibilities in luxury retail or premium brands.
- Proven commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong people management skills: talent identification, coaching, performance management and staff planning.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience using clienteling methodologies to grow revenue and loyalty.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and to communicate corporate strategy effectively to the team.
