Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise consistently, modeling brand values and attitudes toward clients and team members
• Identify, recruit, and develop high-performing talent; secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
• Set individual and team sales goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations
• Create a positive and harmonious work environment; foster cooperation within the team and across management levels
• Build long-term client relationships leveraging clienteling tools and establish a client-centric mindset in-store
• Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through morning briefings and training sessions
• Support the team in providing relevant and effective client outreach, targeting client lists and opportunities
• Serve as a role model demonstrating sales leadership; support team members with their own sales and foster cross-selling
• Build and develop personal client portfolio while maximizing floor sales opportunities
• Serve as the store point of reference for assigned product categories, providing market feedback to the Country Merchandising team
• Champion product category business through team animations, mentoring, and action plans to drive sales
• Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and consistently implemented
• Support Operations team in inventory management and assist Store Manager in workforce planning

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Strong sales and business acumen with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Deep understanding of luxury brand values and client experience standards

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of retail management or boutique leadership experience in the luxury fashion sector, with demonstrated success building and motivating high-performing teams and driving sales performance.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, management, or related field preferred.
