Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor team members to consistently deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise, embodying the brand's four core attitudes through example and coaching
  • Identify performance gaps and provide tailored support, development plans, and constructive feedback to optimize individual and team achievements
  • Recruit and develop talent from diverse backgrounds, collaborating with store management on succession planning and equitable advancement opportunities
  • Build and maintain a personal client portfolio while supporting team members' client relationship-building efforts using clienteling tools and strategies
  • Establish client-centric store operations ensuring exceptional experiences and proactive handling of client-related situations
  • Communicate corporate strategy and business information through morning briefings, training sessions, and team animation
  • Serve as the store's primary liaison with Corporate Merchandising, providing qualitative market insights, product performance feedback, and competitive analysis
  • Manage sales floor operations with visible leadership presence, maximizing business opportunities through efficient practices and consistent brand standard adherence
  • Champion assigned product category performance through team training, mentorship, enthusiasm, and operational improvements
  • Ensure implementation of company policies, brand standards, and professional grooming guidelines across all team members
  • Collaborate with store operations on inventory management, staff planning, and equitable scheduling practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven retail management experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with authentic connection across diverse backgrounds
