Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve team sales targets on a monthly and annual basis whilst maintaining rigorous performance management disciplines
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing retail team; establish clear individual goals and succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
  • Coach team members on the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes—Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, and Commercial Mindset—through consistent feedback and tailored development action plans
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships using advanced clienteling tools and platforms; foster a client-centric store environment
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating consultative selling techniques, driving cross-selling opportunities, and building a personal client portfolio
  • Communicate corporate strategy and market insights through morning briefings and training sessions; animate the team around product performance and business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Country Merchandising team to provide market intelligence, product feedback, and localized recommendations based on client needs and competitive landscape
  • Champion assigned product categories by leveraging team expertise, implementing category-specific action plans, and maximising sales performance through visual merchandising and strategic promotion
  • Ensure consistent implementation of Louis Vuitton brand standards, grooming guidelines, and operational policies across all team members
  • Support the Store Manager in workforce planning and inventory management; liaise with the Field Coach Trainer on performance coaching initiatives

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in luxury retail team leadership or equivalent supervisory role in a high-performance environment
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a client-facing context
  • Strong understanding of clienteling best practices and digital retail tools
  • Knowledge of luxury brand values and commitment to delivering premium client experiences
  • Ability to mentor and develop retail talent; experience with recruitment and performance management
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese; additional regional languages are advantageous

Experience
