Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Build and cultivate a personal client portfolio while driving client repurchase rates and cross-selling initiatives
• Manage the sales floor strategically to maximize business opportunities and revenue
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on team recruitment, training, and professional development
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client interaction creates a memorable experience
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize product performance and category performance
• Oversee visual merchandising execution and client development training programs
• Drive team animations and engagement to sustain motivation and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury retail management experience
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated expertise in sales floor management and revenue optimization
• Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics and client segmentation
• Fluency in English (required)
