Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mentor the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Own business performance in collaboration with the Store Manager: set goals, monitor KPIs and implement action plans to drive sales, product performance and client acquisition.
- Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and personalized service.
- Design and deliver in-store initiatives including visual merchandising, team training sessions and floor animation to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Oversee daily floor management and store operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, loss prevention and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through client development.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and motivate sales teams and to implement performance improvement plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client-facing presence.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with demonstrated leadership in supervising a sales team and achieving sales objectives; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
