Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Own business performance in collaboration with the Store Manager: set goals, monitor KPIs and implement action plans to drive sales, product performance and client acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and personalized service.
  • Design and deliver in-store initiatives including visual merchandising, team training sessions and floor animation to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Oversee daily floor management and store operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, loss prevention and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through client development.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and motivate sales teams and to implement performance improvement plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client-facing presence.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
