Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing consistent coaching and tailored development to support individual and team goals
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team performance against commercial targets
- Ensure delivery of outstanding client experience through visual merchandising, clienteling strategies, and team animation
- Manage floor operations and sales activities to maximize product performance and conversion
- Create and execute action plans to boost business results and enhance brand representation
- Identify development needs and deliver targeted training to elevate team capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sector management experience
- Proven track record of leading high-performing retail teams
