Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and inspire a boutique sales team to achieve sales and service targets while modelling brand behaviours.
- Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
- Coach team members with regular feedback, tailored development plans and on-the-floor training to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
- Design and implement action plans to drive business performance, including merchandising initiatives and traffic conversion strategies.
- Oversee daily selling and floor operations, ensuring visual standards, stock accuracy and smooth client journeys.
- Manage staffing, scheduling and operational tasks to optimise coverage and service levels during peak trading.
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics, reporting performance to the Store Manager and executing corrective actions when required.
- Ensure full compliance with brand policies, loss prevention procedures and luxury service standards.
Qualifications
