Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store sales team in partnership with the Store Manager; recruit, coach and deliver individual development plans with support from the Field Coach.
- Drive sales performance by building a personal client portfolio, promoting cross‑selling and increasing client repurchase rates.
- Embed a client-centric culture on the sales floor, ensuring every client receives the Louis Vuitton promise and a world‑class customer experience.
- Manage daily floor operations including pre‑sales preparation, allocation of resources, and team animations to maximise product performance.
- Provide market and client insight to inform merchandising and commercial strategies; collaborate with visual merchandising to optimise product presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in specialty retail with demonstrated sales results.
- Proven experience managing and developing frontline retail teams.
- Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities; dependable, punctual and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (BA is a plus).
