Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of team objectives on monthly and annual basis
  • Support the team with consistent coaching and identify development and training needs in partnership with the Field Coach Trainer
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent while securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
  • Set individual and team goals and proactively assess and manage performance
  • Manage and motivate the team to drive business by creating a positive work environment and fostering cooperation
  • Encourage a culture of excellence and product expertise in line with the exceptional craftsmanship of the category
  • Support the team in building long-term client relationships leveraging clienteling tools to ensure the highest level of client experience
  • Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation
  • Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge and client needs
  • Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with clients, offering a bespoke experience aligned with their unique expectations
  • Champion a culture of discretion and elevated service reflecting the exceptional value and rarity of the pieces
  • Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team and building a personal client portfolio
  • Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management and ensure Louis Vuitton Promise standards are achieved
  • Ensure policies are respected and support the team in daily operational tasks
  • Lead by example with a refined and consultative sales approach, inspiring the team through expertise and passion

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 48,000 per annum.
