Louis Vuitton Team Manager position in Milan Rinascente, Italy—lead retail team, drive sales, deliver luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of team objectives on a monthly and annual basis
  • Support the team with consistent coaching, identify development and training needs, and partner with the Field Coach Trainer to create individual development plans
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent while securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
  • Set individual and team goals and proactively assess and manage performance
  • Manage and motivate the team to drive business by creating a positive work environment and fostering cooperation
  • Encourage a culture of excellence and product expertise, ensuring the team represents the craftsmanship and heritage of the category
  • Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools
  • Develop and implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance
  • Provide the Country office with product recommendations and market insights based on local knowledge
  • Partner with the team to cultivate trusted client relationships and offer bespoke experiences
  • Champion a culture of discretion and elevated service reflecting the exceptional value of the pieces
  • Demonstrate sales leadership, support team sales efforts, and develop a personal client portfolio
  • Maximize business opportunities through efficient floor management and maintain the Louis Vuitton Promise standards
  • Ensure policies are respected and support the team with daily operations
  • Lead by example with a refined, consultative sales approach

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury sector experience
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • Deep appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship and heritage storytelling
  • Exceptional ability to engage discerning clientele with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, precision, and attention to detail aligned with exceptional standards
  • Proactive leadership style with strong organizational skills

Experience

Secondary education required; tertiary education in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
