Louis Vuitton Team Manager position in Milan. Lead retail team, drive sales, and develop talent in luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of team objectives on monthly and annual basis
- Support team with consistent coaching, identify development needs, and partner with Field Coach Trainer to tailor individual development plans
- Identify, recruit, and develop talents; secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance
- Create a positive and harmonious work environment, fostering cooperation within the team and between managers
- Encourage a culture of excellence and product expertise, ensuring the team confidently represents the brand's craftsmanship and heritage
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to ensure the highest level of client experience
- Develop and implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation
- Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge and client needs
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership and support team members with their own sales while building a personal client portfolio
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, maintaining visibility and support to achieve Louis Vuitton Promise standards
- Lead by example with a refined and consultative sales approach, inspiring the team through expertise and passion for the Maison's creations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail or team management experience
- Deep appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship and heritage storytelling
- Exceptional ability to engage discerning clientele with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail or team management experience, preferably within luxury retail or high-end fashion environments. Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, building client relationships, and driving sales performance in a luxury setting.
Education
Secondary education minimum; higher education in business, management, or related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
