Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of team objectives on monthly and annual basis
- Support team with consistent coaching, identify development and training needs, and partner with Field Coach Trainer to tailor individual development plans
- Identify, recruit, and develop talents; secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance
- Manage and motivate the team to drive business; create a positive and harmonious work environment
- Encourage a culture of excellence and product expertise, ensuring the team represents the exceptional craftsmanship and heritage of the category
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to ensure the highest level of client experience
- Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation
- Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge and client needs
- Partner with the team to cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with clients, offering a truly bespoke experience
- Champion a culture of discretion and elevated service, ensuring each client interaction reflects the exceptional value and rarity of the pieces
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team; support them with sales development and build your own client portfolio
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and ensuring Louis Vuitton Promise standards are achieved
- Ensure policies are respected and support the team in all daily operational tasks
- Lead by example with a refined and consultative sales approach, inspiring the team through expertise and passion for the Maison's creations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion
- Deep appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship and heritage storytelling
- Exceptional ability to engage a discerning clientele with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion
- Strong sense of aesthetics, precision, and attention to detail in line with exceptional luxury standards
