Louis Vuitton Team Manager, Miami FL – Lead luxury retail team, USD $100K–$120K annually plus bonus. Full-time on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and empower a dedicated team to achieve full potential, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and shared ownership
- Build and maintain deep client relationships, ensuring a client-centric mindset and role-modeling elevated service interactions
- Drive strategic initiatives within a designated product category, providing feedback to Corporate Merchandising and developing action plans to maximize business performance
- Set clear goals, monitor team performance, analyze sales and client feedback, and implement solutions to exceed sales objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Merchandising) to ensure operational excellence, uphold visual standards, and maintain seamless client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in luxury retail or related environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Strategic client advocacy skills with proven success in relationship management

Education
Secondary education required; tertiary education in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related discipline preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per annum.
