Louis Vuitton is hiring a Team Manager in Mexico City to lead store sales, client development and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and grow a personal client portfolio, driving repurchase rates, cross-selling and long-term loyalty.
- Recruit, coach and develop sales team members to deliver consistent, world-class client experiences.
- Manage the sales floor to maximise commercial opportunities and ensure exemplary service standards.
- Act as store subject-matter expert for one or more product categories, providing market and product insight.
- Implement visual merchandising and in-store activations to optimise product performance.
- Use clienteling and CRM tools to segment, prospect and nurture high-value clientele.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance and deploy corrective actions to improve sales productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in luxury retail with progressive sales responsibility.
- Proven people-management experience: recruitment, coaching and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills specific to high-net-worth clientele.
- Fluency in English (required); additional languages advantageous.
- Ability to operate with agility in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, including proven people management and demonstrable success in client development and sales leadership.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, luxury management or related field preferred.
