Louis Vuitton is hiring a Team Manager in Mexico City to lead boutique sales, clienteling and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed sales, repurchase and cross‑sell targets through hands‑on coaching and performance management.
- Build and maintain a personal client portfolio; deploy clienteling strategies to increase frequency of visits, repurchase rates and lifetime value.
- Oversee day‑to‑day sales‑floor operations, including staff allocation, visual merchandising execution and delivery of a consistent, world‑class customer experience.
- Recruit, develop and retain talent in collaboration with the Store Manager; design and deliver training and team animations to elevate selling skills and product knowledge.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform local commercial strategy and maximise product performance.
- Ensure efficient conversion of business opportunities through proactive outreach, event activation and client development initiatives.
- Act as a role model for brand values, maintaining exemplary standards of presentation, service and client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Commercially minded with a deep understanding of the luxury market, preferably acquired within retail.
- Proven people management and coaching capability with experience recruiting, developing and motivating teams.
- Demonstrable track record of client development, cross‑selling and achieving retail KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (required); additional languages an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in luxury retail and demonstrable success leading sales teams and developing high‑value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management or related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
