Louis Vuitton is seeking a commercially driven Team Manager to lead Client Advisors, strengthen client relationships, develop talent and drive store performance in Melbourne. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial performance and articulate how business is moved day to day and week to week.
  • Lead a team of Client Advisors, from newly onboarded advisors to senior experts managing significant client relationships.
  • Build a structured, measurable coaching culture focused on individual growth.
  • Uphold Louis Vuitton client experience standards and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on culture, succession and long-term business performance.

Qualifications

  • Approximately five years of leadership experience at Store Manager or Department Manager level within a premium or luxury brand, or equivalent scope at Area Manager level.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, build a business, retain clients and develop people under pressure.
  • Commercial fluency and the ability to speak confidently about business performance.
  • A covering letter describing how the candidate has driven business, grown people and their career ambitions.
