Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop a boutique team through hands-on coaching, performance management and mentorship.
- Create and sustain a client-centric culture that builds long-term relationships and delivers exceptional, personalised service.
- Drive category and store performance through strategic planning, commercial insight and agile execution on the sales floor.
- Own category operations, budgets and results, ensuring disciplined execution and a focus on sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
