Louis Vuitton Team Manager role in McLean, VA. Lead retail team, drive sales, deliver luxury client experience. $90K–$120K + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop retail team members, providing consistent coaching and identifying tailored training opportunities aligned with individual and organizational goals
- Establish and execute action plans to drive business performance and enhance product visibility through strategic visual merchandising and clienteling techniques
- Manage day-to-day floor operations, ensuring the highest standards of client service and experience across all customer interactions
- Collaborate with the Store Director to monitor business performance, team productivity, and sales targets; implement corrective measures as needed
- Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and operational reviews to maintain alignment with brand standards and performance objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail or luxury goods sector
- Demonstrated expertise in team management, training, and staff development
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and clienteling strategies
- Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills
