Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the boutique team to deliver exemplary client service and achieve sales objectives; identify tailored training needs and provide ongoing feedback.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through personalised clienteling practices and development of long-term client relationships.
- Act as a sales role model on the floor: support individual selling, promote cross-selling, and cultivate a personal client portfolio.

- Clear communicator with experience running briefings and store-level training sessions.
- Ability to enforce brand standards and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving retail setting.

Experience

Education
