Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the boutique team to deliver exemplary client service and achieve sales objectives; identify tailored training needs and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention through personalised clienteling practices and development of long-term client relationships.
  • Act as a sales role model on the floor: support individual selling, promote cross-selling, and cultivate a personal client portfolio.
  • Communicate and cascade corporate strategy and business priorities to the team (briefings, trainings) to align retail execution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, store policies and grooming guidelines across all team members.
  • Oversee day-to-day boutique operations to maintain a premium client environment and smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably in luxury and including people management.
  • Proven record of sales leadership and achievement of commercial targets.
  • Strong coaching and team development capabilities with demonstrable ability to mentor high-performing individuals.
  • Excellent clienteling and interpersonal skills with a passion for superior client service.
  • Clear communicator with experience running briefings and store-level training sessions.
  • Ability to enforce brand standards and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving retail setting.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, ideally in a luxury environment, including demonstrated people leadership and sales performance.

Education
