Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of selling staff to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences and demonstrate comprehensive product expertise
  • Provide consistent coaching, identify development and training needs, and tailor individual development plans in partnership with Field Coach Trainers
  • Recruit, build, and develop highly motivated teams through frequent performance evaluations and constructive feedback
  • Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, promoting cooperation across the team and with management
  • Secure succession plans for team members to ensure organisational continuity
  • Ensure the team delivers exceptional client experiences through storytelling and cultivation of memorable moments
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to deliver an unparalleled experience
  • Drive the achievement of sales goals and business performance by setting ambitious targets and implementing effective strategies
  • Create and execute action plans to boost business and enhance product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings, events, and market trends
  • Lead the team in building and developing their own client portfolios
