Louis Vuitton seeks a full-time, permanent Team Manager in Macau to support the Store Manager, oversee sales and store operations, and lead and develop Client Advisors. The role includes performance analysis, customer escalation management, inventory and presentation oversight, and upholding the house’s service and brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing the store and deputize in their absence.
- Optimize sales through effective implementation of business strategies set by the Store Manager.
- Lead and motivate a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address issues.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to build the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service and reach their potential.
- Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement operational procedures and policies that uphold Louis Vuitton's brand standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, engagement, and professional development.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve challenging situations with diplomacy and a customer-centric approach.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on industry trends to advise customers and support product training for the team.
- Oversee inventory management, merchandise displays, and store presentation to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton's values and brand image, setting an example of professionalism, integrity, and passion for luxury retail.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of luxury retail experience, including at least 3 years of management experience leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills.

- Presentable, creative, dynamic, and self-motivated.

- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
