Louis Vuitton Team Manager position in Macau SAR – lead retail team, drive sales, and manage store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of client advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and enhance customer experience
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and develop action plans
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they deliver top-notch service and reach their full potential
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement operational procedures upholding Louis Vuitton brand standards
