Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and deputise in their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and execution of store priorities.
  • Lead, motivate and coach a team of client advisors to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Implement sales strategies and initiatives defined by store leadership to drive business growth and enhance the customer journey.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
  • Recruit, train and mentor staff, developing product knowledge and clienteling capabilities across the team.
  • Manage inventory controls, merchandise presentation and visual standards to maintain a polished boutique environment.
  • Resolve customer escalations with diplomacy and a client-centric approach, protecting the brand’s reputation.
  • Contribute to operational procedures and uphold Louis Vuitton’s brand standards in all aspects of store activity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a people-management role.
  • Proven knowledge of fashion and luxury leather goods with demonstrated commercial acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales KPIs and translating insights into actions.
  • Demonstrable leadership: coaching, performance management and team development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, presentable and capable of representing the brand at senior client touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Computer literacy.

Experience
