Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Team Manager in Los Angeles to lead retail operations, mentor staff, and drive sales at a luxury flagship location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client experience
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team performance metrics
- Provide ongoing coaching and identify tailored development and training needs for individual team members and the broader team
- Create and execute action plans to enhance business performance and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team engagement
- Manage sales floor operations and ensure compliance with Brand standards
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales goals through strategic planning and motivational leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or team management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Commercial mindset with understanding of local market dynamics
- Exceptional client-facing abilities and commitment to service excellence

Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000 per annum.
