Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members with consistent coaching and tailored training to support individual and team goals
- Drive team and business performance in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and exceed commercial objectives
- Build and cultivate meaningful client relationships whilst ensuring an outstanding luxury service experience
