Louis Vuitton Team Manager position in Las Vegas—lead luxury retail team, drive sales, and manage client experiences. USD $95K–$105K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team members, providing consistent coaching and identifying tailored development needs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and personal portfolio development
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and training
- Demonstrate sales leadership as a role model, support team sales efforts, and cultivate cross-selling and client repurchase opportunities
- Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are consistently implemented
- Manage floor operations and optimize team performance to exceed sales targets
- Animate team briefings and training sessions to inspire engagement with brand strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience
- Proven track record in luxury retail or upscale commercial environments
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of luxury market dynamics
