Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Manager for its King of Prussia Women’s team. The role leads team and business performance, client experience, sales and store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager. Permanent, full-time, on-site position; annual salary of USD 90,000–115,000, plus bonus opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the team, taking ownership of team performance and development in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Ensure the team delivers an outstanding experience to each client and provide consistent coaching.
- Identify tailored development and training needs in support of individual and team goals.
- Create and deliver action plans to boost business and enhance product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation.
- Drive client and business development, selling and floor management, and store operations.
- Build client relationships and proactively advance sales goals.
- Represent Louis Vuitton’s brand values and demonstrate its attitudes toward clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Commercial mindset and understanding of the luxury sector and local market, ideally gained in retail.
- Extensive people leadership skills and a passion for exceptional customer service.
- Agile approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving, fast-paced environment.
