Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of team sales targets on monthly and annual basis
  • Demonstrate and model the Louis Vuitton Promise and four core attitudes, coaching the team to deliver consistently exceptional client service
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent; establish succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
  • Set individual and team performance goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling tools and strategic relationship management
  • Establish a client-centric store environment and proactively handle client-related situations to maximize satisfaction
  • Support the team in cross-selling and client repurchase initiatives while building personal client portfolio
  • Act as a visible floor presence and sales role model, providing coaching and support to team members
  • Communicate corporate strategy, business information, and product knowledge through morning briefings and training sessions
  • Provide qualitative market feedback and product recommendations to the Country office based on local market and client insights
  • Develop and implement action plans to boost business performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation
  • Champion assigned product categories, liaising with the Country Merchandising team and sharing product expertise
  • Ensure Brand standards, policies, and grooming guidelines are communicated and consistently implemented
  • Support store operations including inventory management and workforce planning in collaboration with the Store Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management or leadership experience in luxury fashion
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a boutique or high-end retail environment
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand values and client service excellence
  • Experience in team management, coaching, and talent development
  • Proficiency with clienteling and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business through strategic product positioning and visual merchandising

Experience
