Team Manager at Louis Vuitton Istanbul: Lead luxury retail sales team, drive client experience and business performance. Permanent full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a sales leadership role model, supporting team performance, cross-selling initiatives, and client repurchase while building and developing a personal client portfolio
- Ensure operational excellence through efficient sales floor management, maximizing business opportunities while maintaining Louis Vuitton standards and procedures
- Provide consistent coaching and development support; identify training needs and collaborate with Field Coach Trainer to create tailored individual action plans
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent while securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Set individual and team goals, proactively assess performance against expectations, and manage team motivation
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by leveraging clienteling tools and ensuring a client-centric store environment
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information through morning briefings and team training sessions
- Provide product recommendations and qualitative market feedback to the country office based on local knowledge and team expertise
- Develop and implement action plans to boost business performance and maximize product sales through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional working experience
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in retail sector with proven track record in sales, leadership, and management
- Fluency in Turkish and English (mandatory); additional languages are advantageous
- Strong knowledge and genuine appreciation of luxury products and client service
- Digital proficiency and comfort with sales operations systems
