Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to support individual and team performance goals
- Ensure consistent coaching and identify tailored development and training needs
- Create and deliver action plans to boost business and enhance product performance through visual merchandising and clienteling
- Build and cultivate meaningful client relationships to drive sales and business development
- Manage sales floor operations, inventory, and visual presentation to maximize business performance
- Drive achievement of sales goals and key business metrics in collaboration with Store Management
- Demonstrate Louis Vuitton brand values and attitudes in all interactions with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management or team leadership experience
