Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the team achieves monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the team; identify training and development needs, create individual action plans with the Field Coach Trainer, recruit and develop talent, and plan succession with the Store Manager.
• Set individual and team goals and manage performance against expectations.
• Motivate the team, foster cooperation and maintain a positive, harmonious work environment.
• Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
• Establish a client-centric mindset, ensure a high level of client experience and proactively handle client-related situations.
• Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information through morning briefings and training.
• Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback informed by local market and client needs and the team's expertise.
• Implement action plans to grow business and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team engagement.
• Model sales leadership, support team sales, encourage cross-selling and client repurchase, and build and develop a personal client portfolio.
• Maximize business opportunities through effective sales-floor management, visible support and adherence to Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
• If assigned as a product category champion, serve as the store reference for the Country Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance and quality, client information, the local market, competitors, trends and missed opportunities, drawing on Expert Advisors' knowledge.
• If assigned as a product category champion, support category business, inspire the team through animations, briefings, information-sharing and mentoring, improve operations, and define and implement sales action plans.
• Communicate and implement policies, brand standards and grooming guidelines.
• Support the Operations team with inventory management.
• Support the Store Manager with staff planning and workforce management.
