Louis Vuitton Team Manager position in Ho Chi Minh City; lead boutique sales team and drive luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of team targets on monthly and annual basis, driving business performance and revenue maximization
- Lead team management and development by demonstrating and modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes; provide consistent coaching and identify individual development needs
- Partner with Field Coach Trainers to create tailored action plans and secure succession planning in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Establish individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations
- Create a positive and harmonious work environment that fosters cooperation and team cohesion
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships through effective use of clienteling tools and systems
- Establish a client-centric mindset across the store to ensure the highest level of client experience and proactively manage client-related situations
- Animate and lead morning briefings and training sessions to communicate corporate strategy and business information
- Provide product recommendations and qualitative market feedback to the Country office based on local expertise and client insights
- Design and implement action plans to boost business performance and maximize product category performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation
- Demonstrate sales leadership as a role model; support the team's individual sales performance, cross-selling initiatives, and client repurchase objectives
- Build and develop a personal client portfolio reflecting expert knowledge of the Louis Vuitton offering
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management and consistent adherence to Louis Vuitton Promise standards
- Act as the store point of reference for the Country Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, quality, client information, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Support product category business through team mentoring, operations improvement, and implementation of sales-driving action plans
- Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are consistently communicated and implemented across the team
- Support Operations and Store Manager functions in inventory management and workforce planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail, luxury fashion, or boutique management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management within a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales targets and business performance
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and luxury service standards
- Experience in implementing visual merchandising and clienteling strategies
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail or luxury fashion boutique management experience, with demonstrated success leading sales teams and driving business targets in a client-centric environment.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business management, retail, fashion, or related discipline preferred.
