Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly and annual store targets; translate corporate objectives into actionable store plans and follow up on results.
  • Lead, develop and coach the boutique team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise and model the brand’s four Attitudes.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain talent; define individual development plans and secure succession in collaboration with the Store Manager and Field Coach Trainer.
  • Set and monitor individual and team performance goals; conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a client-centric culture: build long-term client relationships, leverage clienteling tools and personally handle escalated client situations.
  • Support sales on the floor as a visible role model: drive cross-selling, repurchase and build own client portfolio.
  • Communicate company strategy and operational priorities to the team; lead morning briefings, trainings and team animations.
  • Collaborate with the Country Merchandising team when designated as a product-category champion; provide market feedback and implement category action plans.
  • Ensure operational excellence: enforce brand standards, grooming guidelines, inventory controls and support workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail, with progressive responsibilities in sales leadership and team management.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team, including recruitment and succession planning.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client retention.
  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising, inventory management and boutique operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of leading briefings, training and cross-functional collaboration.
