Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, modelling Louis Vuitton service standards and the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
- Recruit, coach and develop staff; set individual and team objectives, implement tailored action plans with the Field Coach Trainer and secure succession pipelines.
- Drive client acquisition and long‑term relationship building through effective use of clienteling tools and maintenance of a client‑centric culture.
- Act as a visible sales leader on the floor: support sales generation, cross‑sell, build a personal client portfolio and maximise repurchase.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business intelligence to the team via briefings and trainings; translate market feedback into actionable insights for the Country office.
- Define and execute action plans to optimise product performance using visual merchandising, team animation and targeted training.
- Oversee operational compliance: ensure brand standards, grooming guidelines and store policies are implemented and upheld.
- Support inventory processes and workforce management; assist the Store Manager with staff planning and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant retail experience, including supervisory or management responsibility—preferably within luxury leather goods or fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing teams.
- Demonstrable coaching ability and experience running training, briefings and performance reviews.
- Strong clienteling capability and experience using client relationship tools to grow long‑term clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen and the capacity to translate market feedback into business recommendations.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience with prior supervisory or managerial responsibility; experience in luxury retail or leather‑goods boutiques strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; studies in retail, business or hospitality management preferred.
