Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Manager in Harbin, China to lead boutique sales teams, develop talent and deliver outstanding client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, modelling and enforcing the Louis Vuitton Promise and client-centric standards.
- Manage, coach and develop boutique staff: conduct regular briefings, identify training needs, implement individual action plans and secure succession through targeted recruitment.
- Drive client and business development by building long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools and cultivating a client-focused store culture.
- Provide qualitative market, product and client feedback to the Country office and collaborate with merchandising to optimise assortment and performance.
- Act as a visible sales leader on the floor: support selling, foster cross-selling and repurchase, and build a personal client portfolio.
- Implement action plans that boost product performance through visual merchandising, team animation and targeted training.
- Support operations including inventory control and adherence to brand policies, grooming and standards.
- Assist the Store Manager with workforce planning and daily store operations to maximise business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant retail experience with progressive responsibility; prior leadership experience in a luxury fashion or leather goods environment preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit, mentor and retain talent and to implement individual development plans.
- Strong commercial acumen with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client retention.
- Skilled in delivering consistent client experiences and in using clienteling tools to develop relationships.
- Capacity to translate merchandising and market feedback into actionable store-level initiatives.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience with demonstrable leadership responsibility; experience in luxury fashion or leather goods is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
