Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual team sales targets through proactive planning and execution.
  • Model and embed the Louis Vuitton Promise and the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes across the team; act as a visible role model on the sales floor.
  • Recruit, coach and develop team members; partner with Field Coach Trainers to build individual development plans and secure succession.
  • Set individual and team objectives, continuously assess performance and implement corrective or developmental actions.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention by endorsing a client-centric mindset, leveraging clienteling tools and building long-term relationships.
  • Communicate corporate strategy and local business priorities to the team through briefings, trainings and daily animation.
  • Provide qualitative market, product and client feedback to the Country office to inform merchandising and assortment decisions.
  • Implement targeted action plans—using visual merchandising, clienteling and team animation—to maximise product performance.
  • Manage sales floor operations to maximise business opportunities: ensure a visible presence, support cross-selling and foster client repurchase.
  • Maintain brand standards and grooming guidelines; support inventory controls and staff planning in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Optionally act as the in-store reference for a product category: liaise with Country Merchandising, mentor advisors and drive category-specific initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable supervisory or team-leader experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a premium retail environment.
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills with experience building succession plans.
  • High level of clienteling expertise and a customer-first attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to inspire and mobilise a sales team.

Experience
