Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client experience.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Louis Vuitton values and attitudes.
- Manage sales floor operations to maximize business opportunities and ensure brand standards are met.
- Support the team in clienteling and business development initiatives.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the Country office based on market and client insights.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies and standards, including inventory management and staff planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
