Louis Vuitton Team Manager position in Hamburg, Germany — lead retail operations and drive luxury category sales with strategic leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive operational support to the Store Manager and drive KPI optimization within the assigned responsibility area
- Lead and mentor the team through recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives while identifying advancement potential in collaboration with Store Management and Human Resources
- Champion the assigned product category, communicate brand passion and values, and define and execute category action plans
- Build and cultivate client relationships through consistent sales floor presence and exemplify professionalism and service excellence
- Support the organization of client events and engagement activities
- Conduct regular reporting and provide commercial insights to Store Manager and Head Office stakeholders
- Lead team management, scheduling, and employee development using diverse performance management tools
- Transmit comprehensive product knowledge and Louis Vuitton values in collaboration with Field Coach Trainers
Qualifications
- Completed degree qualification or equivalent professional training background
- Demonstrated affinity for luxury goods sales and strong service orientation
- Fluent German and English language proficiency, both written and verbal; additional languages advantageous
- Pronounced entrepreneurial and strategic thinking capability combined with pragmatic execution approach
- Excellent analytical skills and performance-driven, results-oriented work methodology

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with prior leadership responsibilities in a retail or luxury goods environment.
Education
Completed tertiary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
