Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Team Manager to lead and coach a retail team at its Fiumicino Airport location, serving a discerning clientele. The role combines team development, client relationship building, and sales floor management, requiring consistent mentorship, talent recruitment, and the fostering of a culture aligned with the Maison's exceptional heritage and service standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and coach team members with consistent feedback and development plans, tailored in partnership with Field Coach Trainers
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talented individuals while securing succession planning in collaboration with Store Management
  • Establish individual and team goals, proactively assessing and managing performance across all metrics
  • Create a positive, harmonious work environment that encourages cooperation and fosters excellence in product knowledge and expertise
  • Support team members in building long-term client relationships through clienteling tools and consultative engagement
  • Develop and implement action plans to drive business performance and maximize product sales through visual merchandising and team animation
  • Gather and communicate market insights and client feedback to the Country office to inform product recommendations
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating sales leadership, building personal client portfolios, and ensuring the Louis Vuitton Promise standards are consistently met
  • Champion a culture of discretion and elevated service, ensuring every client interaction reflects the exceptional value and rarity of the brand's creations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management or luxury sector experience
  • Proven track record in team leadership and talent development
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Deep appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship and heritage storytelling
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and discretion when engaging discerning clientele
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with refined written and verbal abilities
  • Proficiency in Italian and English languages

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 48,000 per annum.
